Ede/Augsburg - ProductIP and ASIG have concluded a partnership to provide extended services to their customer base. In the world of 3rd party testing and inspection, in which ASIG operates, such a partnership is unique and first of it’s kind. Even more, it is an agreement between two companies in two different EU countries that will influence their operations across the globe.

ASIG’s evaluation method ensures that products comply with the legal requirements of the European market; by offering technical file services through ProductIP, the ASIG service package now comprises a complete technical compliance file needed for selling that product on the European market.

Through the new partnership, ProductIP users can also obtain an instant technical file evaluation by ASIG. Using the ProductIP system provides importers, brand-owners and retailers 24/7 access to the (CE) technical files. Information that can be shared in the supply chain or with authorities when necessary.
